[ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK FAQ]

thanks for taking the time to learn about THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK.

below you can find detailed information about how we intend on building this platform, and we’re using this page to establish an evolving proof-of-concept. this page is currently just for informational purposes only, and it does not reflect the final product as we are still in development phases and there is always the possibility of running into technical and social road blocks that might interfere with the end-result. therefore, assume everything you read below is purely speculative for now.

Q: what is THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK?
  • we are a network dedicated to combing art, tech and nature to produce efficient systems in various fields of activity. our goal is to merge reflections of the past, with visions of the future, into the present moment.

we had trouble making this system operate in traditional social structures, so we paved a new way to apply this philosophy from three different branches, those being: KINETIC-FLOW, where you can hire an expert to directly assist you in building original fractals, INFINI-TREE, a branch of various tools that anyone can use to connect and create original fractals, and OVER-UNITY, where collectives can consolidate to create original fractals together.

all three branches can be used as an entire package together, or function completely separately, or any unique combination of them all based on users needs, and the platforms will be designed to work without internet… although internet can dramatically enhance them. if anything happens to one consultant/client/user/hub/node/link in the network, the rest of the network can learn and grow from it.

the branches will eventually evolve from sub-page-placements to subdomain infrastructures.

Q: i noticed a lot of other sites with “fractal” in the name, are you related to them?
  • no, while there are many other sites using “fractal” in their domain name, there is only one originalfractal.net and we are an entirely independent operation; we also host the .com/.org parallels of the same name (currently used as redirects to the main domain).

while we do have undisclosed back up locations in beta stages, for now just assume anyone else claiming the same name is either an impostor or a separate entity altogether. the founder chose the name to directly illustrate what we do… create “original fractals” .. and we are exploring fractal concepts far beyond just writing fancy algorithms and creating visual flare. if you want to learn more, keep reading.

Q: what is an “original fractal?”
  • while “original” has layered meaning, the context we are primarily using it in is “unique;”

we use the label “original fractal” to identify what constitutes as a successful project built under our network. basically, all elements of art, tech and nature must be used together to generate efficiency… and efficiency is defined by its ability to increases time (via tech), value (via art) AND health (via nature) compared to the existing circumstances.

if it doesn’t meet all three standards at once, we consider it a “broken fractal” and it will not grow within our network.

Q: the term “broken fractal” sounds judgmental… do you see the existing world as inferior or something?
  • we only use that term to judge projects grown within our network, the world outside this network is free to exist with or without our permission.

we chose a harsh term like “broken” to naturally deter people psychologically and socially when using this platform to create. we want users to feel motivated to challenge themselves to find unconventional methods to address problems instead. if an outside entity wishes to be criticized by our network, they can express that consent by hiring a consultant via KINETIC-FLOW, otherwise, we’re going to keep our opinions to ourselves.

Q: art, tech and nature have been around since the dawn of civilization, you can’t possibly be the first to combined these elements together, can you?
  • we still refuse to believe we are pioneers in this study, but after rigorously scouring sources, we still can’t find any evidence of anyone intentionally merging these elements as the focus point of their model. while many “projects” have unintentionally/indirectly merged them together for various reasons, it appears we are the first to take this in full focus to create efficient systems (especially based on the logic it creates health, time and value), and from a multi-focus angle of skill sets. furthermore, we’re attaching this to a unique network model that makes this field accessible for anyone.

while a minority portion of the population may specialize in one of these elements, specializing in two of them is already rare in itself, to posses all three is unheard of.

all this info combined likely positions the ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK to truly be an “original” living-network/fractal-based ecosystem.

if we are wrong, feel free to reach out with verifiable time-stamped sources, additionally, any similarities in branding or structure of this network is completely coincidental, and nothing was designed with the intent to offend anyone.

Q: i understand why one or two of the art/tech/nature elements are important, but why the other(s)?
  • ART:
we define art by “creating something that currently does not exist.” when you do that, you can set your own price tag, and ensure you and the rest of the network doesn’t engage in competition.
  • example: you want to sell a key chain in the shape of the peace sign, but thousands of other companies are already doing it at competitive wholesale prices, making the idea worthless… but if you use art to upgrade it into a key chain that can be divided into 50 thin key chains that you can share with your friends for the same material cost… you can than call it a “piece-sign” key chain and justify much higher revenue since nobody else is making them. this will allow you to truly generate value.
  • NATURE:
we define nature by the “life, energy and resources provided by the planet and cosmos alike;” stress on the environment directly cycles back as stress onto ourselves… which defeats the purpose of creating anything in the first place. by healing or enhancing the environment in our practices, we ensure our flow of energy, health and resources remain net-positive.
  • example: you want to build a path but the apple tree in is in the way and it provides food, shade, clean air, etc… so you build the path design around it, or cut down the tree and clone the branches so it become 50 more apple trees allowing the path to produce more energy than it did before you worked on it, generating health in the process.
  • TECHNOLOGY:
we define tech as the “tools used to automate what currently cost us labor.” if your technological “upgrade” ends up costing more labor/time in the long run when addressing the reverse-trade-off, than we’d consider that a “downgrade.”
  • example: you go from an ax to a chainsaw because it’ll cut down dead trees faster, but if all the time you spend going into town and refilling the fuel with currency/resources you’ve already traded your time for, as well as maintaining the engine/chain/warranty etc… than it’ll cost you more time than it initially saved you, while a chainsaw could definitely be time saving in some environments (e.g, fuel reserves already on site), in this specific case scenario the ax remains the most practical application for the job. maybe a solution like running the chainsaw off of saw dust can be implemented, will that generate time?

Q: why are you anti-competition?
  • we aren’t, we just prefer to compete with who we were yesterday instead of other people.

we’re too busy watering our own “gardens” to care what others are doing with theirs, everything everyone else is doing can just fuel inspiration to innovate our own systems with our own unique twist.

Q: who is behind the creation of the network?
  • at the time being, the founder along with everyone else involved with the network has chosen to remain pseudonymous.

we believe it’s important for our work to speak for itself, and we can’t truly do that unless we keep our personal reputations separate. we aren’t hiding, we are here for you to message any time with any relevant concerns no matter who you are. and our intentions are very clear thru out our domain. additionally, all serious clients will be able to meet our consultants and view case examples.

we didn’t want to run into the mistake of going fully anonymous either and causing people to be skeptical of our software, (even if it is open source, not everyone can read code, so “verifying it” isn’t always a direct option for people) so we feel like this was a reasonable middle-ground approach. if your curious but skeptical of involving yourself in our services you can use a disposable email address to preserve your identity when contacting us (you can even secure it further with vpn, private browsing.. etc.) until you feel comfortable moving forward.

Q: why should i trust you?
  • you don’t need too, the network will run on 100% open sourced software once released. this means anyone can access the source code and verify that it works the way it’s advertised too. additionally, if you want to make your own changes to the code you’ll be free to do so. for those that cannot read source code, they will have the options of contacting a coder, reading press, or using AI to analyze it to make sure it meets their expectations.

while our software is open for verification, trust in human interactions still requires personal vetting, just as you would in real life. If someone claims to be “this or that,” we’d recommend that you ask questions and challenge them on it.

Q: what if you get “de-masked?”
  • anyone “de-masking” us (which means to reveal our identities) would be invading our privacy to do so, and we can be ready for public disclosure if necessary, but ultimately we feel it would deter from our work… so if we end up getting pushed into that route, we’d likely find a way to use that reputation to get us back on course.

Q: where is THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK located?
  • technically speaking, everywhere. we are building this network for a global audience.

this network has founding roots in the greater west coast thru out AMERICA where much of the local cultures inspired the network design. however, despite its origins, it is no longer an anonymous centralized operation with a single fixed location.

this network will be fully owned by everyone on the planet.

Q: who is this network for?
  • we are building this for everyone, no exceptions.

anyone can benefit from the network, and to make things fun and clear, we chose two very contrasting entities to illustrate this concept: “the elite” and “the rebel.” (yes, we mean this respectfully) we don’t care if you are the global centralized bank/corp/govt elites, or the decentralized off-grid nomadic rebels, or anyone of any economic or culture in between… anyone can use this network to enhance their lives.

we choose to remain politically neutral/unaffiliated as we want our primary focus to be fixing the “broken fractals” in society rather than deciding whose morality is superior… and we’ll only be going where we are wanted. our entire ecosystem uses a meritocracy-like foundation, we want our network to benefit everyone globally that’s welcoming it, and we intend on utilizing as many forms of communication as we can to make it happen.

Q: can you give examples of both parties?
  • sure;

“the elite” can hire an original fractal consultant via KINETIC-FLOW to directly address the weak links in their operations, they can use the INFINI-TREE tools right away to reduce overhead without our permission, and they can be strategic partners in investing OVER-UNITY hubs. if we maximized the networks potential, it can improve their public relations, exit debt, and eventually become branches of net-positive seed capital.

“the rebel” might use the network in very similar ways, since rates are decided by each consultant, some may accept lower rates in exchange for time in the wilderness or involving themselves in a travel-active project which could feel more like a vacation, they can use the INFINI-TREE tools to maintain their decentralized communications, and use the OVER-UNITY hub to set up “safe zones” along their trails, so similar benefits but functions more in a contrasting way to enhance their resilience, autonomy, and personal economies.

so we aren’t kidding around when we say everyone… and regardless of whose adopting it, the network continues to benefit from both angles alike, enhancing the services it provides to everyone in the process.

Q: are you trying to destroy the existing financial/government/corporate systems?
  • we perceive regulatory bodies as the collective equivalent of an individual having “personal boundaries”… so we intend on respecting them if reciprocated.

we’re not anti-currency/capital. (though we still emphasize conscious practices with it) we view money as speech, and we feel like having diverse forms of it is better than having a one-size-fits-all approach, as this minimizes redundancy, much like having multiple options of energy production or transportation… so we’d rather optimize the existing systems (if they let us) to help them produce value, health and time, rather than replace, fight or try to destroy them.

Q: are you trying to spy, regulate, control or exploit vulnerable populations with this network?
  • when the tools become available past the start-up stage, our network will be entirely open source, so if we were spying, you’d know about it.

our network is adopted on a voluntary-only basis meaning we won’t be arriving where we aren’t welcomed, and we’ll be finding ways to reach people where we are. the network is being designed to only grow if its benefiting users… we don’t host financial transactions, therefore this network cannot be directly used to exploit anyone.

while our network has nothing to regulate past its default use, we still like to iterate that where hubs are built, or the words you to match with other users, and where consultants work does risk local regulatory interference depending on how it’s used, and we want everyone to be aware of this before linking our network into their existing systems, especially if they intend on connecting to the internet. by giving users the option to chose their own form of contact/keywords/filters as well as operating systems and level of connection, we give users the full responsibility/power to decide their own level of security and convenience. keep reading the FAQ to learn more.

Q: how can this network be for everyone if the digital divide is still isolating a noticeable portion of the population?
  • the digital divide is on our radar, and we consider it to be a “broken fractal”

first understand that the back bone of the network isn’t the technical code itself, the code is just an extension/amplification of the philosophy which is the true “nervous system” of the network. this means anyone learning this philosophy is already growing the network, and it can be documented on paper, and/or be carried verbally to communities that reject modern information technology.

as for the isolated communities interested in using the information technology to connect, but can’t access it, we will likely be having a program in the network down the road where we can build solar power minicomputers that can be built for ~$100 (or less if they are recycled) and those can be used to run the software offline. more info in the OVER-UNITY FAQ.

Q: are you worried about competition or opposing forces shutting you down?
  • not really, our services are built with the intent to generate time, health and value, these are universal forms of power everyone is seeking, so to be against this philosophy in itself would be self destructive on both an individual and collective level.

to oppose us socially would be difficult too because our door is open to everyone, there is nothing to fight here. we wouldn’t have had to build this network if someone already was, we figured it’d be more efficient to build this than to wait on someone else too.

this network is designed to be owned by everyone and anyone can plug THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK into their existing systems to potentially generate more value, time and health while still retaining their autonomy. so any “competition” that arises as the network scales, will likely just be a temporary misunderstanding of how our services operate.

we are additionally creating a terms of service and community guidelines to further enforce that anyone using this network is arriving to places building “gardens” rather than trampling them.

even from a technical perspective, the decentralized nature of THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK makes it extremely unlikely that it’ll be shut down as long as people continue to value it. we also do not host financial transactions or speech on our platforms, therefore there is nothing to regulate past its default use.

    while the network itself is useless to regulate, OVER-UNITY hubs and KINETIC-FLOW transactions can be regulated at a local level, (example, client reports that a consultant conducts work on utilities without permit, or a pedestrian notices an OVER-UNITY hub is dumping hazardous waste from the road) and INFINI-TREE tools can be used by investigators in their default condition by matching keywords to track down high-profile trades;

so while we do provide autonomy, the network does not shield you completely from regulation in its default state.. and it will be each users responsibility to navigate their environments accordingly. these tools can be used P2P (peer-to-peer, which means device to device) when released, or they have the option to use servers too, (device->server->device) and in this case the all data in the transactions will be E2EE (end-to-end encryption, which basically “password protects” the content as it moves thru others computers) and all data will be removed from servers once connection completes, making decryption during the split second of transfer practically impossible from all known methods… all data is stored on users devices. so there will be no logs or content to search thru on the network-end of our platform. as an end result, the software in its default state becomes the most compliant form in the eyes of regulators.

in layman’s terms, this would be the equivalent of mandating that a search engine to control what gets posted on the internet; it just wouldn’t make sense.

Q: there is already thousands of social networks on the internet, what is going to make yours so special?
  • we are NOT building a social network, there will be no where to post speech within any servers operating within THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK.

what we are building is simple software that matches people based on key words, and connects them with their preferred form of contact (which includes social media), where the communication will take place outside our jurisdiction.

efficient decentralized, fully open sourced social media networks like the “FEDIVERSE” and “MATRIX”, and fully distributed messaging P2P FOSS (fully open sourced software) apps like “JAMI” and “BRIAR” already exist and work great, we would rather refer users to these platforms instead of reinvent the wheel.

the purpose of our network is to get people building, not stuck talking about it.

Q: does this matching software threaten tech giants like search engines and e-retailers?
  • no, search engines will still be valuable tool for accessing a wide variety of information for building that is completely absent from our servers.

retailers will still be necessary if transactions can’t be completed as efficiently with our tools, these tech giants can also use our network to enhance their existing infrastructure. (like retailers can have their catalog posted in CLYPEA’s “offer list” as a peripheral to their existing user interface)

Q: i like your software, but not your philosophy, what do i do?
  • once we release it, create a hard fork.

Q: will you be making a paid version with better features?
  • never, everyone will always be able to access the latest updates of our software.

Q: are you interested in attaching a cryptocurrency/token to the network in anyways?
  • we were thinking about it since we can build a currency/token that is more structured to the unique flow of this network, but we decided against using this as part of the main architect of the network.

if we move forward with this idea it will be ran separately from the main network to develop its own reputation, we do see it as additional revenue for the network if it’s needed, but we would need to have it built distinctive enough where it doesn’t interfere with the flow of crypto and traditional currencies alike, but rather enhances them.

for the time being, we went with a more practical approach; just like users can list any form of any contact they want, they can simply just enable the value filter (optional for submission too) on their match list to display all connections that list a value tag within their desired range and unit of value. (if they want this feature to stay updated to current value, we would likely have to leave room for a 3rd-party-of-choice add-on to calculate current exchange rate)

Q: how is AI used in THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK?
  • we do not directly use AI to power our services in anyway, our current human operations will eventually evolve into using simple algorithms to connect people.

we want to go back to the basics to make sure our services can run on the cheapest computers on the market, which is not currently possible with RAM-intensive AI models (this whole site is currently sitting at less than 5MB when front-end is downloaded as a file). we may use AI for indirect reasons such as testing the networks integrity, or use as a peripheral by consultants or hubs for certain projects.. because we do recognize that it is a powerful tool for centralizing our collective knowledge, but it is incapable of original thought…

…and original thought is the blood of this network.

Q: is quantum processing a threat to your network? what about other possible widespread internet shutdowns?
  • unlikely, especially if the network itself utilizes the quantum processors.

we’re looking into using the best quantum-resistant algorithms and maybe add some of our own for the server-based transactions, as for the P2P transactions, those should generally be safe (assuming user calibrates their device appropriately) from quantum attacks since the connection will be limited between the two devices, which dramatically reduces the risk of interception.

other potential wide-spread internet shutdowns can be managed in a similar fashion. even extreme situations like an EMP generated from solar flares can be protected via faraday-tech or underground processing. the internet in its default state is highly resilient, and no matter which way you look, a permanent, global shutdown of the grid seems to be highly unlikely unless it was replaced with something more efficient.

Q: will this network be hosting a news feed anywhere?
  • our primary concern is getting our infrastructure built first before investing into marketing/outreach.

spam aside, our current demand via internet is only persons that use the right key words or follow the right links to end up on this site, and that’s how we like it for the time being.

but yes, once we’re establish we’ll likely find a way to facilitate some sort of news outlet, as we see this to be a beneficial way to educate the public of our services, and show case original fractals built in our network. however, if we go thru with this, we need to maintain our quality fractal model doing so, as stuff like smear campaigns, cancel-culture and online “trolls” can exploit weak links in the speech and potentially taint the perspective of potential interest. (sometimes this has the opposite effect too)

we’ll likely start with RSS, than work our way towards open sourced social platforms before finally moving to proprietary platforms. a huge reason we don’t host speech on our servers is so we don’t get bogged with content moderation and excess data handling responsibilities, so when we do launch a feed, it will be in a place where we can afford the time to moderate interactive news feeds, and this will be ran separately from the main domain/network. for now all news/updates will be posted on this domain.

Q: when will this network become operational?
  • currently our low demand is allowing us to manually maintain operations as humans… but as we grow we are going to have to implement software to manage this, it’s why we’re starting out by creating a domain.

we don’t exactly have a set timeline, but our goals are to get it up and running asap… (we’re thinking from the rate things are going now, beta testing should be ready within a year or two) …but not at the cost of the networks technical and social integrity. we are prioritizing safety, security, privacy, functionality, efficiency, etc. first before release.

it’s also worth noting that making sure this software reaches social standards across the globe is accounting for ~80% of work, the technical sides of this is relatively simple and counts for the rest of the ~20% (debugging, aesthetics, compatibility, loose-ends, redundancy, etc.)
higher demand can likely accelerate production too, if you are interested in contributing towards the development or beta testing contact admin@originalfractal.net

just know we are not compensating at this time, but if you recognize the indirect benefits our network can offer you, we are more than happy to accept you as a volunteer. it’s more important that we make sure it works rather than “move fast and break things” so we appreciate your patience.

rest assured, we are actively working on it, and we do not have anything currently interrupting development at this time. while we don’t want to “guarantee” anything, once it is released the code should reflect the philosophy, as well as the logic and creativity advertised throughout the domain.

Q: if you can’t promise the network, why even build a domain for it?
  • we’ll start by saying, we like taking risk and exploring the unknown, and by building this network we’re creating an opportunity to perceive reality from an angle no one else has before… and that’s really cool to us.

we think it’s best to at least get the ball rolling, that way we can begin to intertwine the networks philosophy into the software, see if it’ll work. for the short term, we’re currently launching this domain as a brochure to compliment our already operational word-of-mouth services, and this will eventually be integrated into the networks matured software.

from a more technical perspective, we have been rigorously probing the integrity of the logical/creative flow behind the network, and its potential on paper and early stage practices is already showing extremely promising results!

from our own perspective, the biggest risk we’ve identified to the network is “unforeseen circumstances / unknown forces”… but that same force could actually grow the network too. and what further builds our confidence is this network will operate on very similar logic to the patterns found in nature that have existed in the universe long before humans arrived. so we feel like the overall risk doing this seems to be very low regardless of which way the wind blows… but we’ll still remain weary anyway since this is new territory we are moving into.

Q: i haven’t gotten a reply to an email i sent you yet, why is that?
  • there could be several reasons;

while we do make an effort to run our inbox at least once a week, different circumstances can effect our schedule; additionally if your message contains contents trying to sell us services or an attempt to take ownership over the network, we’re just going to assume it’s mass marketed spam and may just ignore it outright.

we’d highly recommend studying the available material we have posted thru out the domain before contacting us, and reply with genuine curiosity or concerns.

we want to be clear: we’re looking for “strategic partners;” not those that want to exploit us for short term gain at our expense. we understand this doesn’t sound very inviting from a public relations perspective, but we would rather set boundaries than waste time.

we will not ignore security-related request once we become of aware of them.

[KINETIC-FLOW FAQ]

Q: what is the KINETIC-FLOW branch?
  • the KINETIC-FLOW branch is where you can get direct help from an expert in creating original fractals for your personalized projects. since our art-tech-nature philosophy is an ultra-rare study, this will work as the catalyst to get the ball rolling on projects created in the network. you can also hire a consultant to build an OVER-UNITY hub.

Q: what is the point of consultants learning all those skills?
  • our consultants are trained to have at least a basic-to-intermediate level of practice in the following:

-TECHNOLOGY: marketing & engineering; construction & mechanics; networking & programming
-ART: crafting & design; restoration & preservation; events & community
-NATURE: environment & sustainability; ecology & agriculture; energy & resources

…reason being, consultants need to have a very clear understanding of how all these skills work to effectively implement the art/tech/nature expertise into a wide variety of applications. this will allow them to effectively assist and communicate with artist, contractors, engineers, environmentalists, etc. if they need to outsource parts of the project. having a holistic view point allows them to take many variables into consideration, and ensure the project is built with utmost quality.

we feel like having these base-skills as a starting point, they should be able to adapt their skills to any project that comes their way. having a wide skill set allows us to potentially reduce the cost of the project by “merging the gaps between skill sets.” understand, our consultants don’t just offer advice, we help design and build too. if done properly, the work becomes more attractive to the pros since we can do most the less-specialized, unregulated parts of the project in advanced, while putting less stress on the clients budget, it’s a win-win scenario.

Q: why isn’t there fixed rates or licensing requirements for your independent consultant-contractors?
  • the semi-nomadic, interdisciplinary nature of the KINETIC-FLOW branch would make it extremely impractical, if not impossible, to get a license in every jurisdiction they go to, for every project they work on, for every service they offer. original fractal consultants are to notify clients when they need to outsource the work to a professional. more info about what our consultants can and cannot help you with is listed on the placement page.

additionally, rates aren’t fixed because different clients will have different needs and availability of connections/resources, so this will allow consultants to remain flexible in helping clients meet their goals.

Q: does the KINETIC-FLOW branch run like a “kinetic flow state operation?”
  • while certain aspects of that business model inspired the network, we operate a bit differently.

in summary, a KFSO usually refers to a work flow model where technical infrastructure is used to automate task thru adaptive, real time means, and while this part is true for this branch and network alike, we’re also adapting this logic to the social flow of our network model as well.

the founder is more distinctively working on what they call the “fractal-baton” business structure for KINETIC-FLOW, essentially once a consultant thoroughly trains a recruit, they “pass the baton” and than the recruit gets to use the “original fractal consultant title,” and operate in a 100% independence.

this means they can than service their own clients and train new recruits.. this process will multiply.

we’ll likely integrate effective traditional methods like course studies, hands on training and shadowing as part of the recruiting process, and we will further make an effort to retain quality of service by giving original fractal consultants their own keys to share or run their own server, as well as remote meetups and gatherings at OVER-UNITY hubs.

the founder sites the resilience of oral tradition as the primary inspiration of the model, and intends on using tech to further enhance its efficiency.

we are currently roughing out the details on the technical and social structure of this model to ensure it retains as much quality of service as possible as it scales.

Q: how will the website work?
  • the current place holder you see for KINETIC-FLOW will eventually become a directory towards a sever base, where users can choose options like “find a consultant,” “apply as a recruit” etc.

Q: do original fractal consultants have to follow regulations?
  • while the network itself does not enforce this, plans to have recruits sign a digital contract saying that they abide by the terms and conditions that are in place, and this could legally be used against them if they are destructive to our network, communities and environments they operate in.

if a consultant runs into a regulatory issue that prevents them from executing their work, they are trained to recognize the bureaucracy as part of the engineering when manifesting the project, they are to find out why that regulation exist in the first place, and if that hinders the time/health/value of the project, than they need to work with the permitting process until everyone can understand before they begin any construction.

we are looking into implementing technical levels to enforce this (like a client can signal a rehire via “signal for support” feature, and it’ll notify other local consultants and their senior consultants and recruits about providing support to get the client and consultant back on track.)

Q: how long before the start up pays for itself? do you have an exit strategy?
  • THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK is already paying for itself, and operates in savings/investments rather than debt/loans. we have the domain paid off until 2028+ (which can be publicly verified via “WHOIS”) with plans to extend it further in the near future, and the KINETIC-FLOW branch is funding the domain without the need for ads or donation begging (no disrespect to other platforms, we understand their limitations);

all there is to do now is chase leads, upgrade our infrastructure and build original fractals.

we don’t have an exit strategy because there is nothing to exit from… and we never intend on selling the network as it is way to valuable to us than any level of cash.. nor do we think it’s even possible to sell if we wanted to.

Q: when can i expect to receive service from a consultant?
  • original fractal consultants will not be ready to service web-based leads until our infrastructure gets constructed. this is primarily due to our uncertainty of how our currently drafted ToS may interfere with the final product. unfortunately as of now, only individuals finding about our services word-of-mouth can be serviced.

for clients interested in future services, we welcome reaching out to discuss your visions, and when we’re online-ready, we’ll walk you thru the steps of integrating into the network, and you’ll be among the first to receive our help under our public launch!
(we will not “flood” your inbox with ads/news feeds/spam etc. we are just going to contact you when release becomes available).

Q: how do i become an original fractal consultant via KINETIC-FLOW right now?
  • expect a long waiting period, we’re in developmental stages right now, but you can contact admin@originalfractal.net for more info about prep work you can do in the mean time.

we understand that you recognize the potential provided with this opportunity is immense, but without sounding too dramatic, be aware that the multi-disciplined approach of this work this will likely challenge you physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and maybe even spiritually too.

this would be a great position for individuals who like sustaining a balance of chaos and order in their lives while having full autonomy.

Q: are their case examples of your innovative methods?
  • yes, our domain is a case example in itself, it uses both efficient tech, meaning faster loading (time generated), simplified coding means lower carbon footprint (health generated), all while displaying immersive artistic graphics you aren’t going to see anywhere else (value generated)…
the very unique nature in which our entire network is being built to function can also be seen as an immediate example.

as for real life case examples, also yes… but for serious clients only as of right now… even as the network grows, you’ll likely have to hear about us word of mouth or thru external platforms to see our case examples, as we do not intend on becoming a content-hosting platform (if we move forward with the news feed idea off-platform, we will likely use this to show case successful projects).

all consultants are responsible for managing their own reputation off-network as they will be operating independently, and while we are doing what we can on our end to ensure quality consultants meet quality clients, official consultants of THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK training should not be seen as a “guarantee” of their work results, and clients are encourage to thoroughly vet each consultant, and they are also free to involve third parties if necessary.

[INFINI-TREE FAQ]

Q: what is the INFINI-TREE branch?
  • the name is an abbreviation for an infinite-tree network.
this branch will function as the “links” connecting the other branches within the network, as well as to users outside it. the tools will be fully open source and available for anyone to use with out our permission, but we’re primarily creating them to generate efficiency within our own network. these tools can either be used as a whole branch, or individually. much like how you can use the other two branches of the network.

we are refraining from launch until our three primary tools pass our integrity test on both technical and social levels; those tools are CLYPEA; SYZYSY; and ESOTRAILIC. we are also working on a quality way to leave room for more tools to be added to the list that are developed in our network for future growth; each of these tools can be run separately or together, and can be used in or outside the network immediately without our permission once released.

both KINETIC-FLOW and OVER-UNITY branches can additionally choose to use the tools or not directly from the network. the details are going to be limited until we post the pilot source code on GITLAB repository.

Q: what is CLYPEA?
  • CLYPEA is an “upcoming solution aimed to modernize bartering”
named after the latin prefix for a sand dollar family, as seashells are one of the most iconic symbols of barter. it comes from the word “clypeus” which means “shield,” as it will be protecting the flow of trade.

this app is designed to fill the voids of supply/demand by simply connecting your “request” list to someone else’s “offer” list.. along with some filter options. once posted and matched, you will be provided with their contact of choice and you discuss the details of the exchange off-network.

Q: what is SYZYSY?
  • SYZYSY is an “an upcoming solution aimed to link unlike-minded individuals together”
(pronounced “sizz-eh-see”) named loosely after the word “syzygy” a term used by astronomers to describe three objects at a synchronized point. the clever twist on the name shows how the “s” and opposite-facing “z” can form a unified word together.

this platform will connect the the “entrepreneur,” the “engineer,” and the “contractor” (we use these titles in the general, non-professional sense) together to build their desired project and decide their revenue accordingly. one user can assign themselves to multiple roles or use it solo as a database. we’re creating this to address the weak links of current social networks operating as echo-chambers/silos by grouping like-professions. while this is good for reinforcing and building on existing skills, we needed a different way to connect people from diverse backgrounds to actually get things built, and that’s the alignment SYZYSY aims to create.

Q: what is ESOTRAILIC?
  • ESOTRAILIC is an “upcoming solution aimed to create and optimize pathways.”
a play-on the word “esoteric” this platform will be designed to connect users together via physical routes/trails and digital internet/communications, or in a more general essence… pathways. inspired by the dream-catchers used by ancient cultures to transform the “negative” dreams into “positive” ones as they “pass thru the catcher into the dreamer”; we aim to mimic this process to all kinds of real life pathways using imagination as the blueprints.

basically, the users form a route between each other where they can safely trade their resources and involve themselves in voluntary or funded maintenance and upgrades to the trail (like guerrilla/urban gardening, ride share, trade routes, communications, road restoration and preservation, public amenities, cosmetics, etc.) that can be used in conjunction with current infrastructures to help address the never-ending-road maintenance issue, and it will not be limited to any single type of environment.

we also want to use this opportunity to add cool features like: “urban horse renewal” since tech can now make it more efficient to maintain horses (or other mountable animals) and current bike lanes/trails can accommodate them; “sidewalk-to-art” since strollers, disability devices, and skaters alike find deteriorated paths a safety hazard, and our carbon footprint can be lowered by sealing concrete instead of replacing it; and even future-proof it with “fly routes.” as ultra-light planes and flying cars are starting to become a reality.

we are thoroughly investigating this process to ensure this is used in respect of the existing communities and environments. more details to be released later on.

Q: these “simple” INFINI-TREE apps seem game changing, you could easily get rich just selling one these models, why not just cash out now?
  • if we were to make these apps proprietary and make money off them directly, what would end up happening is a rushed development, ad-infusion copy that would need to be sustained thru hype, as well as constant maintenance and compliance. this will likely be short lived because the centralized limitations won’t allow it to efficiently scale.

to make these apps function the way we want, they need to be open source and free for everyone to use, the indefinite indirect benefits these apps would provide us would be so much more substantial than short-term, high-stress wealth. many may even try to copy this software under a different name to make a quick buck, and if they do that, they’ll run into the same issues we’ve already identified.

Q: do any of these INFINI-TREE tools compete with similar existing networks?
  • no, existing networks can actually use our tools to plugin into their existing services without our permission, and we may even encourage then to do so without formal endorsement, especially if they have concerns; this would be a mutually beneficial scenario. we wouldn’t have to spend valuable time developing these platforms if they already existed.

we hope people perceive our platform as a complex evolution of the “beeper” used in the 90s to request a call from another device. the nostalgia from that time period is even attempted thru our domain design when web pages were static, simple, and easy to navigate.

Q: what kind of license are you going to publish your software under?
  • we are most likely going to go with BSD 3-CLAUSE, mainly for the “no endorsement” clarification, however we may also consider one of the MIT, GPL or ISC, etc. licenses (or a combination, e.g. a module BSD 3 and GPL) if we find a valid reason for our software to use it, our main intention is to maximize compatibility.

we should note in advance, the use of our software will at least require developers to leave credit in the code, which would be a simple comment saying “#powered by THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK” as the footer and “#(e.g.) CLYPEA” as the header for the specific application their using.

an over-simplified example could look like:
    <!– third-party-script –>
    #CLYPEA
    <!– CLYPEA-script –>
#powered by THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK
    <!– third-party-script –>

primary reason we’re adding this is so other developers know where to go if they have questions. this will help the software retain quality when used in conjunction with other platforms, and those platforms won’t even have to mention our branding anywhere in their main interface. we also may reject this idea or license if those few extra bytes cause performance issues.

additionally, they may need to update their privacy policy also as it may contribute to how a platform manages data… this can also be done without endorsing/mentioning our branding in the interface.

Q: what operating systems are you using to build your software? will “big-tech” claim rights to it?
  • we primarily use LINUX-based operating systems, and additionally use OPENBSD and raw code depending on the circumstances…
all of which are fully open sourced.

so therefore, big-tech cannot claim our software by default since we’re not using their platforms to construct it.

when our software gets released, it will primarily be accessible thru the FOSS community at first before we can navigate the ongoing strict-proprietary requirements when listing our software in their app-stores. this will need careful attention so it doesn’t compromise the function of our platforms or licensing.

[OVER-UNITY FAQ]

Q: did you guys discover perpetual motion?
  • we are not involved in building zero-point energy devices.

(for those that don’t know, these refer to theoretical energy systems that produce more energy than required to operate it)

the context that we’re using “OVER-UNITY” in is purely metaphorical. we were almost hesitant to use the name due the amount of controversy surrounding the science and the high quantity of scams floating around on the internet using the same name… but ultimately we decided to stay firm and use the name anyways since it represents a thriving structure we can use as our “north star” to guide us there (hence the logo).

Q: what is the OVER-UNITY branch?
  • the founder recognized that not everyone can be a original fractal consultant, so we needed a way to merge experts with strong foundational knowledge together from fields of single studies. the OVER-UNITY branch will provide the nodes anyone can set up and begin connecting and building. you can also hire a consultant from the KINETIC-FLOW branch to start up a hub.

the current place holder for the page will eventually become a directory to a sever base where you can choose options like “start a hub,” “invest in a hub,” “find a hub,” etc, similar to the KINETIC-FLOW branch. we want each hub to be a resourceful output in the community where neglected, wasted, or unused energy/resources can be repurposed in the form of art, food, materials, tools etc. all under the same roof… these hubs can also serve as meet up locations for transactions conducted thru INFINI-TREE and KINETIC-FLOW to further enhance its efficiency. while we will provide the infrastructure for this, everyone will decide their own revenue sharing independent from the network to maximize autonomy.

Q: are all OVER-UNITY hubs going to look like the vertical farm 3D model you have teased on the placeholder?
  • no, that is just a high-concept design that caters to OVER-UNITY’s potential.

the vertical farm model you see is an ambitious structure to “show off” how we’ve address the light distribution problem in vertical farming, this design will likely be expensive (though our current rough draft business model shows it can pay for itself within 5-10 years) however, any building or space where people are comfortable consolidating can become a hub. additionally, this featured design can be built in sections at a time if it accommodates the budget better.

while our physical test runs are not ready to be shared yet, if your looking for a logically-based case study of the OVER-UNITY model working, just look into current vertical farm operations, they already generate revenue (for the most part), now look at the 3D model and pretend you had a miniature version of it, (position the points of the hex base towards north/south) move a flash light over it like a sun(east to west) notice how light hits every dome in the structure by the end of your simulated day? (you can test different seasons at different latitudes too) that extra light dramatically reduces the need for artificial lighting… thus further increasing revenue… now apply the waste-to-everything conversion combined with community events/innovation and retail into that same building…and further combine that with the other branches of the network… can you logically see the low risk investment now?

unreleased designs of this building will be implementing pyrolysis/elctrolysis/anaerobic systems, as well as wind, solar and water generated power. pollution will be minimized thru all know methods, and continuously improved thru innovation within the facility.

even more ambitious designs can be plugged into geothermal where available (latest tech trends are showing this is becoming more accessible, by simply drilling down to where the water can “heat up and turn to steam” once it gets deep enough into crust). more extreme designs could even implement underground nuclear energy production. (this alone minimizes a lot of the current safety issues of running nuclear plants above ground, in theory safety can further be improved by having a network of shielded-micro-nuclear units that connect as a whole, a fridge size unit of this could produce 1kwh of electricity consistently for a long time ~150 years, and since it dies as contained radioactive waste making disposal cost low, some repurposing options are even available, while the upfront cost might be about $5mil, the cost of kwh by the end of its lifespan would be about ~$5kwh… still more costly than standard electricity (~$0.10kwh), but this concept alone already has practical applications, and there seems to be room for further engineering. it would meet regulatory requirements much like how radioactive elements in smoke detectors do).

obviously, the bureaucratic path to constructing these alone will likely be extreme, especially at first, but that’s part of the engineering process. we feel like if the model proves itself more safe and sustainable, and doesn’t compete with current systems, than the regulatory bodies will likely want to accommodate the hubs (and network) as a community asset.

to give a quick overview of the design, what your looking at is 7 cylindrical pillars, each with three oval-shaped glass dome spheres (where the plants grow), stacked and supported around the center of the pillar. each pillar is positioned at the corners of the hexagonal base (retail, office, production, distribution, park), with a seventh pillar in the middle elevated a little higher than the rest of its surrounding structures to allow light and wind to pass thru. the center pillar also connects to the circle shaped basement, where most of the energy production and waste collection takes place. each pillar can have spiral stairs, and/or elevator servicing them, and this will also be the main utility lines for the domes, with vents at the top. this can also provide additional growing space, as well as the hex-base and the land surrounding it. if funding allows, the structure can further be strengthen connecting the domes with angled sky walks while improving traffic within the operation.

so while this represents a hub in a highly evolved form, any hub that gets created can draw inspiration from this model, and apply it to their existing structure.

Q: the vertical farm structure is beautiful, how come you don’t just sell the design to fund the overhead to build the network?
  • for one, we aren’t focused on direct monetary gain, and perhaps more importantly, to erect that vertical farm design without plugging it into THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK would be like purchasing an expensive car without an engine, or building a garden bed and never dropping seeds… you’d just be stuck with an expensive building with low function becoming costly to maintain, likely running the founder of it into debt. so for serious investors that want to build this design and see a healthy ROI (return on investment), contact admin@originalfractal.net for more info.

Q: are you going to be using fossil fuels?
  • it is not the network responsibility to dictate users creative freedom in how they produce energy, different users will have different access to different resources depending on their location, and we emphasize making efficient use of those resources rather than using over-generalized statements like “burning fossil fuels is bad” the idea is that energy production efficiency should be greater than or at least equal to modern standards.

Q: so the oil companies won’t see you as a threat?
  • we are here to optimize existing systems, not replace them, while we, as much as everyone else understand the finite limitations of using fossil fuels, we have noticed oil/fossil fuel companies are already innovating ways to reduce their carbon foot print and diversify their energy production without our help, our tools are here to accelerate that process if they choose to reach out, with even the possible creation of more jobs, not less.

Q: will your vertical farms put traditional agriculture out of business?
  • it is highly unlikely vertical farming will put existing farms out of business, as they are only efficient when built in population-dense environments, and in some cases, plants grow more efficiently in their current environments.
[example: leafy produce, vegetables and herbs related plants may do well in greenhouse environments, and its indoor environment can provide food security during cold-snaps and droughts, floods, etc., however generally speaking, grain crops, potatoes and squash type plants are grown more efficiently in traditional agriculture, and plants grown outside tend to be less energy to maintain.]

and current vertical and traditional farming operations could plug into our network to become a hub to receive additional revenue if done appropriately.

so overall, this will just help deliver fresh produce to inner city while dramatically cutting down the need for idling-truck imports thru high traffic areas, while also reducing landfill and generating revenue. at this point, it should be easy to see that the potential benefits of OVER-UNTIY hubs are substantial.

Q: how will investments work for the OVER-UNITY hubs?
  • we want to keep things simple. the only investments that are acceptable in our network are the ones that allow the hub to become fully sovereign after the investor reaches their agreed upon ROI. (this isn’t a fixed number, but if investors ask too high, naturally, nobody will want to accept it).

they also must leave enough revenue within the OVER-UNITY hubs to ensure it can maintain operations during the ROI period. once the investor reaches their ROI, they can than use that capital to invest in another, low-risk/high-reward hub as many times as they’d like. any other kind of investment would be seen as a “broken fractal” from our perception.

while we are working on the technical enforcement of this at the moment, it’ll likely involve smart contracts or similar structures.

Q: what if the hub doesn’t generate revenue, does the investor become permanent?
  • it’s only fair to the investor to remain a part of the operations until they get their return.

having an investor involved is suppose to motivate the operation to find solutions tailored to their local environment in order to thrive. if a hub becomes stagnant, and hits a innovation-roadblock, than it is highly recommended they connect with a consultant thru the KINETIC-FLOW branch and/or use the “signal for support” feature.

if worse case, the project fails, than the hub management and investors alike fail together, this is why collaboration is very important. users are encourage to mitigate these risk by thoroughly preparing themselves in advance rather than jumping into rushed decisions. aside from the primary basis for investment frameworks we mentioned above, both the management and investors will be able to negotiate the sub details of the contract as they both see fit. we also intend on providing an official hub-starter guide walk-thru that’ll come complimentary of the software. please note, the network will not be liable for loss of finances.

Q: how dependent is the OVER-UNITY hubs creation processes in relying on investors?
  • the hubs do not need investors to form, nor does it even need the information technology to apply the philosophies…

…however, it can dramatically enhance its infrastructure. any building can be converted into a hub, and while a building is highly recommended, any empty field could theoretically be turned into a hub. if an isolated community wants, they can set up a disconnected hub and use it to generate resources/energy until they have enough to export. this will than allowing them the ability to afford connection to the internet when it will be most useful… once this happens the initial investment of a cheap computer will quickly pay for itself and contribute to the growth of the network resulting in near-invisible capital loss. currently outside our network, expensive satellite internet is available to connect isolated communities from anywhere on the planet, and terrestrial internet roll-out is continuing to expand making inclusivity more likely.

we are also exploring more affordable off-grid connections, such as micro-satellites, drone/laser/radio relays, and there is also the option of sending TF-cards via water ways, wind ways, and even carrier pigeons. (yes, this is more efficient than you’d think at first).

while this seems ambitious, we’ll have to make sure our models prove themselves first. we hope in the end, by creating these sustainable hubs, it will enhance local resilience in any known environment and beyond.

Q: what if a hub starts creating “broken fractals” or starts causing unsolicited disruption to the community/environment?
  • like the KINETIC-FLOW branch, hubs will be able to “request for support” feature that’ll signal neighboring hubs and consultants/users alike to drop in and help them regain momentum. (while the neighbors can receive a signal to drop in and support, their involvement will be voluntary)
we’ll be placing a disclaimer in the ToS to contact local emergency service in the case of urgent disruptions before users can list their hub in the network. we encourage all hubs to build exceeding local safety/building compliance to ensure sustainable operations, as this will protect them in the long run. these hubs will not hold any special rights/privileges over traditional property ownership and land use permits of the areas they reside in.

Q: how does OVER-UNITY connect with KINETIC-FLOW and INFINI-TREE?
  • in the server base listings, they can tag themselves as “founded or optimized by KINETIC-FLOW branch” or “connected or optimized with INFINI-TREE branch”;

these labels will be enforced on the technical side.

Q: will energy companies see this as a threat? how will you produce energy without a permit?
  • unlikely, it will be more affordable to send residual energy directly to the local utility companies thru their buy-back programs that are trending among solar powered residence. for a hub to reconstruct a whole new grid from their facility would not be efficient in generating revenue, and there will likely be regulatory bodies that would shut them down if they began to overstep in such a manner.

we don’t want anyone assuming we’re encouraging energy production without permits. in some areas you can produce energy without a permit if you keep it under a certain watt/cc/btu, etc.. and/or refrain from distributing it (this is often a good way to learn about it, but you’ll still want to research in advance and know the limits), but it varies widely per location… while we can’t directly enforce it on our end, plugging your hub into the network will put it on radar by default (hubs will have the option to be set to “private/offline” but this will throttle the reach they need to trade resources), and since everyone can use our network, including regulatory bodies, users will naturally be deterred from using our network to facilitate negligent energy production. and we are going to stay highly adamant on our end (via ToS, etc.) about complying with energy production standards as this is a very dangerous field of operation without training, and we do not want to be held responsible for others choices.

we’re building this platform with the intention to facilitate those that are respecting their communities/environments.

Q: while this network has an extremely unique proposition, there is a few other art-tech, nature-art and nature-tech companies emerging, do you see this network stepping on their toes?
  • we can’t speak for others, but… we hope not.

the amount of innovation/infrastructure we could exchange with these collectives would be mutually immense, and it would be welcomed if they were some of the first organizations to reach out.

[privacy policy FAQ]

Q: why is your privacy policy so short?
  • that was highly intentional, we wanted to make it clear, easy and attractive to read while still maintaining high regulatory quality and than some.

we feel like it makes both us and the users more comfortable using our services.

as you noticed, it’s divided into a few easy sections, how the client side works, how the server side works… and how we handle email inquires. since email is the only personal data we collect, this section makes up majority of the privacy policy as it’s intended to satisfy requirements on a global scale.

we also placed an additional copyright disclosure to protect our branding/creative content, which will be more appropriately moved to the ToS page once created.

Q: where is your email hosted?
  • we use a third‑party provider for email; details about them are listed in our privacy policy. we’re not affiliated with them and neither of us endorses the other. we chose to keep email separate from our main website hosting for performance and reliability.

Q: i’m confused, you use copyright disclaimers all over the domain, yet you plan on releasing copyleft software right?
  • let us layout how we are using different licensing to build our network:

copyright: will be used to protect the branding of the network to maintain a quality reputation as we grow and works as a deterrent during our start up phases.

copyleft: this will be applied to the actual software we release ensuring everyone can own it with a minimal, non-invasive credit disclosure.

so were using copyright strengths to give our network social armor and limit exploitation, and using copyleft strengths to ensure our tools can remain universally accessible and used for any task necessary.

Q: do i have to worry about copyright infringement using your software?
  • our open-source software is available for use by anyone, which means you are free to use, modify, and distribute it as it is– without the worry of “getting sued.” our copyright is primarily to protect our branding from those who might try to claim our ideas as their own and use it against us. we have no intention of wasting valuable time tracking down copycats.

no matter the situation, we will continue to build and improve our network, and we will handle any disputes that arise along the way. we will not be deterred even if others mass-market our product as their own. we want to remind everyone that hard forking is always an option if you want to use this network’s software with your own “set of rules”. if you re-brand it, we won’t care.

Q: can we give credit to your network in the main interface of the platform if we use it along side third party software?
  • yes, we appreciate credit where credit is due, but just be sure to do it in a way that doesn’t imply we endorsed you. here’s an example:

-how you can share credit: “we’re excited to announce that our platform has independently chosen to integrate THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK’s free and open source tools that are available to everyone! we hope this upgrade will enhance your experience!”

-what not to do: “we’re excited to announce that THE ORIGINAL FRACTAL NETWORK has supported our companies philosophies by allowing us to integrate their software into our network! reach out to them and show support for their decision!”

as you can see, the first statement makes it clear that you chose to use our tools out of your own free will, while the second implies that our network supports your platform due to access of our software. see the distinction?

Q: how does the network handle disputes within the community?
  • as of right now, the tools are in their development phases and have not been released to the public, therefore any technical information regarding how disputes are handled is too premature to discuss.

however, what we can tell you is that the network itself is not designed to function as a peace officer, as we do not access the communications and transactions that happens after our software (or currently humans) connect you. therefore all disputes will be handled at a local level rather than from the network itself, users must accept full responsibility when using our platforms and place in the necessary contingencies when meeting up in real life (meeting at a public location, etc.). we will be making the best effort on our end to minimize user security maintenance.

other features that we mentioned earlier in the FAQ will be the ToS, smart contracts (or similar structure) and “signal for support” feature (note: “support” does not mean “report;” this is used to seek help, not harass someone moving off course) as well as a reminder to use traditional local first responder services for extreme situations.

since we’re building this for a global audience, our strategy will be to honor the norms and customs of the communities that we serve on a case-by-case basis rather than imposing a universal set of rules on everyone.

Q: why are you using the current hosting provider to host your domain, and do you trust them? what if they lock you out?
  • we would rather not answer this as the response could either endorse or criticize them, and our relationship with them is purely customer base.
you can find out more information about how our host(server-end) shares a technical relation to our domain in the privacy policy. as far as trusting them, they are only allowed to receive as much information as we allow thru the client-end code, which anyone can see by using the “view source” option in their browser settings.

their are two main reasons a server-end shut down would happen…the first is a technical lock out, this is unlikely to happen due to the light weight/transparent code and use of default templates provided by the host. the most likely reason for a technical lock out is a surge in traffic, which in that case the lock out is used as a safety feature until issue is resolve. (we’re working on implementing back up servers to address this redundancy).

the second reason would be a regulatory order to shut down, and we would consider this beneficial because it likely would stem from our network trampling someone else’s “garden,” so that is an issue we would want to address anyways, and having a reputable host to alert us of boundaries in our early stages works as a complimentary feature to provide us with data points in building resiliency.

[terms of service and community guidelines FAQ]

Q: where is your ToS and CG?
  • we are currently developing the ToS and CG (terms of service and community guidelines) right now, just as we’re taking time to develop our other projects. we are looking into making it simple like the privacy policy. since the primary tools aren’t available yet, we aren’t in a rush to release them, and when that time comes, it will be before the main software becomes available.

we don’t want to promise a fixed deadline of publishing because we want to ensure the network meet ours, and everyone else’s standards.

Q: can you give us a preview of what the ToS and CG will look like?
  • sure, while we may change the wording or simplify or extend it, it’ll read something like this:

  • TERMS OF SERVICE: by using our services, you agree to the following:

    1. all transactions and interactions conducted within the network must remain consensual and informed between all parties involved with clear intent.
additionally, you must respect the local regulations and cultural norms of any communities or environments where these interactions take place.

    2. our services are provided “as-is.” you are responsible for using your own discretion to VERIFY the connections and information you receive through this network. we strongly advise against blind TRUST. neither the network nor its operators shall be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims resulting from the use of the service.

    3. this network is not equipped to handle urgent/emergency situations. please gather your local first responder and service provider information before engaging in real life transactions that you have voluntarily consented to using this network. this is to ensure the safety of yourself as well as other users involved. additionally, ensure you are properly prepared to create your desired projects in your jurisdiction, this is especially true for energy systems.

    4. you are of legal adult age as defined by your local jurisdiction, or a minor accompanied by a parent/guardian to speak on your behalf, cross-jurisdiction rules apply accordingly.

    5. our software is open-source and available for use by anyone; therefore, we do not endorse any activities conducted by users utilizing our network. the network has no control over the actions of its users and will not be responsible for any disputes or issues arising from user interactions.

    6. data handling practices are detailed in our privacy policy, and user conduct is outlined in the community guidelines. by agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these documents, and understand that this network does not have the authority to terminate accounts.

note: users are expected to hold each other accountable to ensure that actions are aligned with those guidelines, and encouraged to communicate directly or request help via “signal for support” feature for non-urgent concerns regarding misconduct to sustain respectful interactions.

    {copyright/left & contact)

  • COMMUNITY GUIDELINES:
all creations made using this network MUST generate time AND health AND value, to further clarify:

    – VALUE (generated via art): You must create something that currently does not exist.
    – TIME (generated via tech): You must automate something that currently requires labor.
    – HEALTH (generated via nature): You must heal something that currently inflicts stress.
