Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is drafted in English. If there is any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version governs.
EFFECTIVE: [FEB]02/28/2026
The Original Fractal Network is designed to collect as little information as possible while remaining functional and secure.
How the client-side works:
What we collect:
– Browser‑sent technical data such as: IP address, time of access, requested URL, referrer (if any), and similar request metadata.
(needed for site delivery and protection)
– Browser type and operating system.
(for display and compatibility optimization)
What we do NOT collect:
– Cookies or similar identifiers.
– Analytics or advertising technologies.
– Login accounts, comment systems, or third‑party tracking scripts.
Note: Client‑side code is fully open source and does not load resources from external domains. Users may further minimize client‑side data (e.g. by using a VPN, or “privacy” browsers, etc.). The server receives only the limited technical data described above. We do not use AI.
.
How the server-side works:
This site is hosted by Hostinger. The hosting environment may log technical details (such as IP address, time of access, requested URL, status code, referrer, and user agent) needed for site delivery, security, abuse prevention, and data‑recovery/contingency purposes.
Log retention and cross‑border data transfer safeguards follow Hostinger’s privacy policy:

Note: Logs are not used by us to profile users or for advertising, and are not sold to third parties.
.
How we handle emails:
Because email involves personal data, the following rights, minors, and security provisions apply globally to any email you send us.
When you email admin@originalfractal.net , email delivery and storage are provided by Proton Mail < https://proton.me/ >. Proton may process your message to provide the email service; see their privacy policy:
(This link was valid on February 28, 2026.)
We receive your email address and the contents of your message, and use it only to handle your request, keep minimal records (e.g., follow‑up/troubleshooting/legal), and protect the service from abuse.
- DELETION: You may request deletion of your email correspondence at any time by contacting admin@originalfractal.net ; we will delete or anonymize it where we are not required to retain it for legal, security, or operational reasons and will act as soon as reasonably possible, within time frames required by applicable law, once we are aware of the request. If technical issues or circumstances beyond our control prevent access to this mailbox, we will process your request once access is restored.
Note: We do not share your email address or message content with third parties for their own purposes without your explicit consent. We may use service providers (e.g., our email/hosting providers) to deliver and secure the service. We welcome pseudonyms and disposable or alternate email addresses if you prefer not to use your primary identity.
- MINORS: We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If someone under the legal age of adulthood in their place of residence contacts us, a parent or legal guardian should contact us on their behalf or together with them, and only provide information necessary to handle the request. Where possible, and where we are not legally required to retain it, we will delete child‑related data upon reasonable verification.

You can exercise these rights, where they apply, by emailing admin@originalfractal.net .
Disclaimers:
Because we collect very little information and generally do not link technical logs to identified individuals, some rights may not be fully exercisable in practice (for example, detailed per‑person access reports or selective deletion of individual log entries).

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, and we do not engage in automated decision‑making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory or regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
Security:
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited data we process and the risks involved. If a security incident affecting personal data occurs, we will assess the impact and, where required by law, notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals.
.
We may update this policy from time to time, the latest version will always be available on this page.
We have no intention of ever using cookies, analytics, or additional third‑party services. However, because laws may require advance disclosure, we are obliged to state that, in the unlikely (and currently unwanted) event we ever do use such services, we will update this policy and, where required, provide additional notice or obtain consent so that you are clearly informed of any new data collection or monitoring before it is implemented.
